With 30 years experience as a real estate professional who consistently ranks in the top of her field, Georgeé has fine-tuned her business and service by building a top-notch team. As team leader, her focus is staying abreast of key market factors and trends and unceasingly seeking ways to better serve her clients. Georgeé studies the market on a daily basis, communicates personally with all buyers and sellers, assists buyer agents in finding properties for buyers, negotiates contracts, closely follows individual loan processes, and oversees all marketing. Georgeé is dedicated to elevating her team to star performance levels to ensure every task is getting done in the most professional, effective manner.
Beverly knows the ins-and-outs of every home in our inventory and stays one step ahead of market buying inventory and opportunities. She is continually growing a list of potential buyers for our sellers and provides. In addition to English, Beverly is fluent in Spanish.
Raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Silvio joined Georgeé & Company the moment he moved to Miami. He was previously an Account Manager and has experience with nurturing relationships and making sure client needs are met. In addition to English, Silvio is also fluent in Albanian.
Juliette has been licensed in real estate for 18 years and was active as a consultant from 2000-2007 with Keyes Company Coconut Grove. Born and raised in Miami and the daughter of a Miami native, Juliette appreciates Miami's unique architectural history and styles. She is excited about joining Georgée's team at Keller Williams and working with nationally-recognized Realtors.
Zoe is responsible for scheduling and showing listings, coordinating showings for cooperating Realtors through MLS, and providing responsive customer service through dedicated follow-up, ongoing communication, and timely reports. She possesses over 25 years experience in luxury retail sales with consistent rankings in top 3 of department sales and top 10 in storewide sales. She achieved company recognition by winning numerous department contests, exceeding percentage goals within her team, and increasing annual profits annually. As a 6 year resident of Miami Shores and a devoted wife and mother of two children, Zoe understands why the Shores and surrounding areas are so appealing.
Our team's Transaction Manager manages all of the company's transactions from the moment our clients sign their contract until they reach the closing table. Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service to every client and providing foresight and attentiveness to ensure all loose ends are always tied up.
Charlie heads our in-house short sale department and is adept at setting realistic expectations for all parties with the expertise to ensure a smooth transaction. If you’re involved in a short sale with us, he will keep you advised throughout this labor-intensive process. Charlie is also a mortgage banker with over 30 years experience providing mortgages to his clients. You can always call him for your pre-qualification and mortgage requirements.
