North Bay Village is a fully incorporated community set upon three islands in eastern Miami-Dade County. The islands, North Bay Island, Harbor Island and Treasure Island are linked by the John F. Kennedy Causeway as it travels across Biscayne Bay from Miami to Miami Beach. The islands were created back in the 1940’s by dredging the bay and bulk-heading the fill.
