With almost 20 years experience and deep knowledge of the market from Key Biscayne to Aventura with special emphasis on luxury and condominium lifestyles, Michelle knows the ins-and-outs of every home in our inventory and stays one step ahead of market buying inventory and opportunities. Michelle has been a consistent top producer with over $10+ million sold annually. Our Listing Manager is committed to ensuring smooth processes throughout the selling process with consistent communication with sellers and all parties works closely with the team's Listing Assistants, Marketing Specialist, and Transaction Coordinator to ensure every step is executed to the highest standards to result in the best outcome for every client.
With expert knowledge of all listings and neighborhood features, Beverly is responsible for scheduling and showing listings, coordinating showings for cooperating Realtors through MLS, and providing responsive customer service through dedicated follow-up, ongoing communication, and timely reports. Bev is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Our team's Transaction Manager manages all of the company's transactions from the moment our clients sign their contract until they reach the closing table. Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service to every client and providing foresight and attentiveness to ensure all loose ends are always tied up.
Charlie heads our in-house short sale department and is adept at setting realistic expectations for all parties with the expertise to ensure a smooth transaction.
